1. INTRODUCTION
ZO INTERNATIONAL, a Delaware Corporation (“Corporation”, “us”, “our”, and “we”), hosts a platform for a community of artists. This privacy policy describes how we use and protect the information you may give us.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
All personally-identifying information that we may gather is through voluntary contact and must be initiated by the visitor. The amount and type of that information may vary and will depend on the purpose and nature of the interaction. For example, we may have a contact, subscription or sponsor form that may ask visitors for certain information. In other forums visitors may be asked to provide a username and email address.
3. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to understand how visitors use our website. From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, for example, by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
4. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personally identifying information collected is used for organizing events, communicating with participants, purchasing a City Sponsorship and/or other offered services. Transactions made through the Site’s e-commerce store that require a credit card or debit card, are processed through Woo Commerce which stores the last four digits of the credit/debit card number, the expiration date, and the buyer’s name. The process does NOT store the full credit card number, pin number, CVV2 number, or any full-track data. Payment may also be made through PayPal and we receive no tracking information for credit card numbers from these purchases.
5. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell personal data. We may share personal information as necessary to project administrators, staff, contractors, and affiliated organizations. We may disclose personally-identifying information when required to do so by law, if you give permission to have your information shared, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of the Company, third parties, or the public at large.
6. DATA SECURITY
We employ access control mechanisms to ensure responsible data management. We only disclose personally-identifying information to those project administrators, staff, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide services available through the Site and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.
7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not intentionally collect information from children under thirteen (13) years of age.
8. PARENTAL RIGHTS AND CONSENT
Parents and guardians can review, control, delete and revoke the collection and use of their children’s information. Parents and guardians who allow their children to access our website are giving us informed express consent to collect, store and use their children’s data for the legitimate purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
9. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We may use cookies to enhance user experience and analyze website usage. By using this website you give express consent to store and use cookies on your device. We use an open-source web provider which uses cookies. By default, the site manager uses cookies to verify who visitors to the site are. Additionally, plugins associated with the operation of the website may set cookies. For example, a plugin used called Cookies for Comments uses cookies to prevent comment spam. Another plugin analytics program that is a part of the site’s functioning supplies us with information regarding the pages visitors access and other non-personally identifying information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request.
